Kristina Novak has been the manager of the Investment Due Diligence Program at Liberty Asia since 2015. The program is aimed at equipping investors to make better business decisions by reducing risk of involvement and exposure to slavery and other human rights abuses, and helping both business and communities to profit. Novak was a former technical Aadvisor to a coalition of more than 50 anti-trafficking NGOs in Cambodia, providing strategic guidance in project management, trafficking case data management and development of multi-stakeholder partnerships to share information for legal, investigative and research purposes. Previously, she spent four years working in social services and criminal justice in the United Kingdom, providing coordination of cross-sectoral services to vulnerable clients in the homeless and mental-health sectors.
